DMCA Notice & Takedown

Pixora TV respects copyright and responds to properly formed takedown notices. We do not host or originate video content on this website; we resell access to third-party stream sources. Where a rights holder identifies specific material, we act on it and pass the notice upstream.

Sending a notice

Email support@iptv4kus.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. To be actionable a notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the specific material and where it can be found, in enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices, act on the identified material, and forward the notice to the upstream provider. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the material identified, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices are terminated.
