1. The service
We provide access to live channels and on-demand content over the internet for the period and number of simultaneous screens you purchase. Channel line-ups may change as sources are updated.
2. Your account
Your login is personal. You may install it on several devices, but only the purchased number of screens may stream at the same time. Reselling or publicly sharing the login is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
3. Payment and renewal
Plans are paid in advance and do not renew automatically. To continue after your plan ends, place a new order or contact support.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt it.
6. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network problems or third-party outages can cause short interruptions.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
