What we collect

Only what is needed to sell you a subscription and support it:

• Your email address — to deliver credentials and answer support.
• Your order details — which plan, which term, when.
• Device information you send us — a MAC address, for the Smart TV and MAG players that are activated that way.
• Server logs — IP address and timestamps, kept briefly for abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by the payment provider, which handles the card details directly. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function. There is no advertising tracker, no remarketing pixel and no cross-site profiling.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support. Server logs are discarded on a rolling short-term basis. Email correspondence is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you ask for deletion while a subscription is active, we will have to close the subscription first, since we cannot support an account we hold no record of.
