These terms apply to anyone who buys or uses a Pixora TV subscription through this site. Buying a subscription means you accept them. If you do not, do not subscribe.
A subscription grants one household access to a stream line-up for a fixed period, limited to the number of simultaneous streams stated on the plan you bought. Credentials are for your own use. Reselling, resharing or publishing them ends the subscription with no refund.
Subscriptions are paid once, up front, for the term chosen. Nothing renews automatically and no payment method is retained for future billing. When the term ends, access stops until you buy again.
We aim for continuous availability and target 99.9% uptime, but no streaming service is exempt from outages, maintenance windows or upstream failures. Channel line-ups change without notice; a specific channel being present when you subscribe is not a guarantee it will remain. If a channel matters to you, confirm it during the free trial.
You are responsible for the internet connection and the device. Roughly 25 Mbps is needed per HD stream and 50 Mbps per 4K stream. Devices that cannot decode 4K will not play 4K regardless of plan. Problems caused by insufficient bandwidth or unsupported hardware are not grounds for a refund outside the stated refund window.
You may not record, rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly perform any stream. You may not use the service to break the law in your jurisdiction. Accounts found doing any of this are terminated without refund.
IPTV is a delivery technology and is lawful in itself. What varies by country and by state is the licensing position of any particular channel line-up. We do not offer legal advice and we do not represent that any specific line-up is licensed in your jurisdiction. Satisfy yourself about the rules that apply where you live before subscribing.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms may change. The version in force is the one on this page at the time you buy, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
