Installation Guide

Your login is a standard Xtream Codes or M3U line, so it works in any mainstream IPTV player. Pick your device below. Most setups take under five minutes.

Amazon Fire TV Stick
  1. On the Firestick home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.
  2. Search for the Downloader app in the Amazon store and install it.
  3. Open Downloader, enter the URL we email you, and install the player (IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate).
  4. Open the player, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, and paste the username, password and server URL from your email.
  5. The channel list loads in about ten seconds. If it does not, the credentials were mistyped — they are case-sensitive.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
  1. Open the TV app store — Samsung Apps on Tizen, LG Content Store on webOS.
  2. Search for IBO Player, Smart IPTV or Net IPTV and install one.
  3. Open it. The app shows a MAC address and a device key on screen.
  4. Send that MAC address to support and we will activate the line against it, usually within a few minutes.
  5. Restart the app. Note that these Smart TV players usually carry a small one-off fee charged by the app developer, not by us.
Android TV, Google TV & Android boxes
  1. Open the Google Play Store and install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro.
  2. Choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes.
  3. Enter the server URL, username and password from your email.
  4. TiviMate will offer to download the TV guide — accept, it takes about a minute and gives you the 7-day EPG.
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store.
  2. Choose Xtream Codes API login.
  3. Paste the credentials from your email.
  4. On Apple TV 4K the same app is available in the tvOS store and takes the same login.
Windows, macOS & Linux
  1. Install VLC (free, any platform) or the desktop build of IPTV Smarters.
  2. In VLC: Media → Open Network Stream, then paste the M3U URL from your email.
  3. In IPTV Smarters: choose Xtream Codes login and enter the three fields.
MAG & Formuler boxes
  1. Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. Enter a portal name and the portal URL we email you.
  3. Save, then reboot the box from the menu — a soft restart is not enough.
  4. Send us the box MAC address first; these devices are activated by MAC, not by username.

Two things that trip people up

Roku will not work. Roku blocks the sideloaded players IPTV services depend on. This is a Roku policy, not something a provider can route around, and anyone who tells you their service works on Roku is either wrong or selling you something else. Use a Firestick or an Android box instead.

A 1080p stick cannot play 4K. If you are on an older Fire TV Stick (the non-4K model), the 4K streams will either fail or fall back to a lower resolution. Check the model before blaming the service.
